چکیده
Introduction . Klebsiella pneumoniae in human microbiota may appear as a part of commensal microbiota, and hypervirulent pathogen, for example, hypermucoid pathotype. This pathotype is characterized by certain genetic determinants, leading to the possibility detecting pathogenic potential isolates PCR. Aim study : evaluate compare K. from practically healthy people, patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) extraintestinal infections (ExII). Materials methods Testing was performed set nucleotides multiplex PCR analysis targeting eight potentially virulent genes following functions: ferrum uptake (ybsT, kfu, iutA), adhesion invasion (mrkD), phenotype serotypes (mrkD, magA, rmpA, k2) metabolism allantoin (allS). assay used screen feces IBD (69 isolates) people (68 isolates), multiresistant biological material (blood, urine, surgical wounds, bronchoalveolar lavage) (mrExII, 25 isolates). Results. Results testing demonstrated association four targeted determinants diagnoses. YbtS gene significantly more often found (р = 0.024) mrExII (p < 0.001) groups. RmpA detected group 0.038). Extraintestinal infectious were ≤ enriched mrkD allS 0.032). Conclusion The most isolated infections, least — people. frequently virulence involved formation.

Background and Objective: The healthy people’s fecal flora in the community represents a large potential reservoir. Therefore, the current study aimed to detect antibiotic resistance patterns and virulence factors in Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from healthy volunteers’ feces. Materials and Methods: Three hundred and fifty stool specimens were collected from sales rep healthy individuals ref...
متن کاملPrevalence of Tetracycline Resistance Genes tet (A, B, C, 39) in Klebsiella pneumoniae Isolated from Tehran, Iran by Multiplex PCR
Background and Objective: Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the three pathogens that has become a global disease control and treatment problem due to its resistance to common antibiotics. For this reason, it is crucial to study the genes that cause antibiotic resistance in it. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the phenotypic and genotypic frequency of tetracycline resistance in ...

BACKGROUND Multi-drug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae has been considered as a serious global threat. This study was done to investigate carbapenemase producing genomes among K. pneumoniae isolates in Isfahan, Central Iran. MATERIALS AND METHODS In a cross-sectional study from 2011 to 2012, 29 carbapenem resistant (according to disc diffusion method) carbapenemase producing (according to modi...
متن کاملIdentification of virulence genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from human and animal samples by multiplex-PCR and their antibiotic resistance pattern
Background: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a leading cause of Hospital-acquired infection worldwide. A major problem in the treatment of bacterial infections is the emergence of strains with multiple resistances (MDR). The aim of this study was to identify virulence genes lasB, toxA, algD, exos in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from human and animal by Multiplex-PCR method and determination of anti...
